Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use The AI Co-Founder, including our website assistant, our AI Inbox Assistant, and our apps for Shopify, Wix and WordPress (together, "the service"). By installing one of our apps or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

What we provide

We build an AI assistant from the public content of your website, show it to your visitors as a chat bubble, and send you the leads it collects. Plans, limits and prices are listed on our pricing page and inside each app. Features may change as we improve the service; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you first.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or manage the website you connect, and that your site content is accurate and lawful. You are responsible for how you use the leads and conversations you receive, and for telling your visitors about the chat in your own privacy policy where the law requires it. Please do not use the service to send spam, mislead people, or collect sensitive information such as payment card numbers or health records through the chat.

AI answers

Your assistant answers from your website content and is designed to say when it does not know something. Like any AI, it can still make mistakes. Answers are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and you should check anything important. You can re-read your site, edit what it knows, or switch it off at any time.

Payments, trials and cancelling

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. If you subscribe through Shopify, Wix or Whop, that platform handles billing and its billing terms also apply. You can cancel or change plans at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you then move to the Free plan instead of losing your assistant. We do not charge per chat beyond your plan, and when you reach your monthly limit the assistant collects visitor contact details for you until the next month.

Your data

You own your content, conversations and leads. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, our Data Processing Agreement and our Security page. When you uninstall or close your account, your assistant is switched off and your data is deleted on the schedule set out in those documents.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running and fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk, and we will contact you first unless the risk is urgent.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact
