Can I pay in pounds?
Plans are billed in US dollars through Whop, which accepts UK cards. Your bank converts the amount at its normal rate.
Does it work with my Shopify or Etsy shop?
It works on Shopify and any website you control. Etsy shops don't allow custom code, so it works on your own website rather than your Etsy listing.
Will it use cookies on my site?
No. The assistant doesn't set cookies. It remembers the conversation only for the visitor's current browser session.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $29 a month for our first 20 businesses, with a 14 day free trial, no setup fees, no contracts and no per chat charges. Growth is $99 a month.
